Made-to-Order
Each item is produced individually after the order is placed. Because every product is custom-printed for you, returns are limited to specific cases described below. Orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Defects, Misprints, or Lost Orders
If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or is lost in transit, we’ll send a free replacement immediately. Photo evidence may be required to process a claim. Orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Change of Mind / Wrong Size or Color
– You may return an unworn, unwashed, and still-packaged item within 30 days of delivery.
– Refunds are issued for the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable) after we receive and inspect the returned item.
– If you need a different size or color, please place a new order.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@404weare.com with your order number and reason for return (+ photos if the item is defective).
We’ll send you return instructions and the return address after approval.
All return shipping fees and any import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Duties & Taxes
We do not cover customs duties, import taxes, or any additional local fees charged by your country’s customs authority.
