Production & Delivery

All WEAR404 products are made to order and shipped directly from our production facilities in the United States and Europe. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on your location and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Average estimates:
– USA / Europe: 4–10 business days
– Middle East / Asia: 9–19 business days
– Rest of World: 12–22 business days

These estimates include both processing and transit time. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, local postal services, and customs clearance.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Fees

All orders include free standard shipping worldwide. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Please note that claims cannot be approved if the shipping address provided by the customer was incorrect.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All listed prices already include VAT (for European orders) and Sales Tax (for U.S. orders). For other countries, local customs authorities may apply import duties or handling fees upon delivery. Such charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by WEAR404 LLC.
